"I had never even thought of using a personal trainer before, I saw it as something for the idle rich or too pretentious. Yet after years of working out on my own and seeing relatively minor results from large amounts of work I thought it was time to change my attitude.
Colin immediately set me at ease by asking me what I wanted, not what he was going to make me do. He tailored my workouts to my goals, put me on a nutrition program which was mostly common sense, kept me motivated without being a drill-instructor and was just as excited as I was when my body and health started changing almost immediately.
